New search for bndtools website and bnd manual

We just added a new search on the bndtools website.

Under the hood it is based on Pagefind which allows to add full text search on static websites. They do some clever tricks to keep the amount of data the browser has to download low.

Since this website did not have a search feature but still contains a lot of content which is often hidden in the various sections of the navigation, it could be a helpful tool to discover some hidden gems.

So if people like it, we might consider adding the same search feature also to the bnd manual, which currently relies on a search done by google.

UPDATE: The same search is now on the bnd manual too at: https://bnd.bndtools.org/

Just waiting for a change in Github Settings for the bnd repo.

New search is now live also for the bnd manual at https://bnd.bndtools.org/
Just right click on the magnifier glass at the top right.
